Over 150 high school and college students attended the California Legislative Black Caucus Foundation's 2nd Annual Education Seminar on April 27 in Sacramento.
This year's theme was, ""What is the master plan for higher education?""
Seminar participants included Hon. Mervyn Dymally (D-Compton), UC President Robert Dymes, CSU Chancellor Charles Reed, CCC Chancellor Mark Drummond.
A student leader panel moderated by Carson City Councilmember Mike Gipson.
Panelist included Ana Joshi, University of California; Latoya Jarrett,
California State University; and Melvin Haywood, California Community Colleges.
